Apple TV 4K Sky Go Not Signing In

Hello there,

 

We have been a Sky customer for a little over a week, we have 2 Sky Stream pucks on the whole home package, with everything but sport. We even pay for the ad skipping and 4K UHD.

 

When we try and log in to Sky Go, it comes up with saying we havent verified our email address, when I scan the QR code with my iPhone it comes up with a lot of code. When i try and access this same link from our laptop, it does the same thing.

 

If we logout of the account, and try the link it still comes up with code but different.

 

I have seen another post on here, and checked to make sure I have a security question set, which we do.

 

I also have seen another post state that we must have the whole home package for Sky Go on Apple TV, again we do.

 

I dont know what else to try.
