Ipad pro sky go no longer working

Have been waiting for the past 6 months for SKY TECH to get back to me regarding this ,I have rang them aswell and for over an hour no respince from tech,Re booted/Turned WIFI off/Un linked from account/Receipt linked to account/uninstalled from device /ref installed to device/Tried new user name ( family's Sky Go) login still no luck ...

Please help thank you.

You are only talking to other Sky customers on here so Sky tech will not get back to you due to you posting on here.

 

You say Sky Go is not working so has it been and if so what happens when you try to use it ?
