For some considerable time, I have been having intermittent problems when using Sky Go on my PCs using Windows 10. Lately, I have been getting a blue pop-up box appearing in the centre of the screen with 'ERROR CODE 200' which moves nothing to me.
Sky Go frequently stops and makes an electronic noise before continuing about 50-60 seconds later as normal. At other times it freezes completely for several minutes before continuing. It is most annoying and at times the only way to resolve the issue is to reboot the computer. I have spoken to technical at Sky and they have provided no assistance whatsoever.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Yes, I saw your invitation but clicked on the speech bubble but nothing has happened and nobody respionded.
