@Mattia2019You can remove devices as @Chodley says in the link however you can't prevent anyone who has your Sky ID from putting it back, assuming there are not too many devices against your ID.

That isn't actually correct @bob1234 as it should be possible to do this so give this a go @Mattia2019 :

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off!

I figured it out. ignore the names in question as this is how I managed to do it. I realised I had two sky ID accounts. One was my primary account and one was a secondary account. Primary account gives you full access and secondary only gives you medium access. The key is to log into your primary SKY ID and remove all sky ID except your primary one then from your primary one you can remove specific devises. you also have to change your password. Then when the device tries logging in it will ask for your new credentials. It does work I've done it in the last 24 hours. Let me know if you have had success.

After speaking with Knock4six we accessed the account and discovered they had multiple

Sky ID's so advised to login with the Primary and update the password on that or alternatively unlink all Sky ID's and make their preferred ID Primary to stop others using the

ID.

Further more the reason why the device could keep logging in was I was removing that device from my secondary Sky ID and not my Primary one

@caesarome thanks for the information and the links on this subject.ive been trying (unsuccesfully) for the last year to figure out how to take devices off the sky go list of devices and without that second link you put up it will not work.they will just pop up again.great to finally get a result.apreciate the help
