Re: Do you use your sky data while watching sky q app
There is no Sky Q app so I presume you mean the Sky Go app then you would use mobile data unless you are a Sky Mobile customer when apart from a really tiny amount that will be used when viewing some adverts Sky Mobile would not "charge" you any data. The device itself will show as data being used though.

Re: Do you use your sky data while watching sky q app
Yes was referring to the sky go app and yes I am on sky mobile and yes today for 30 mins I watched the Grand Prix and it used a gb of data and turned off until I topped it up. Exactly the same as yesterday when I watched the football on the app on my sky mobile device.
always used to not use my data on the sky go app.

Is the MysKy app showing that you are using the data or the app on your device itself ?

Re: Do you use your sky data while watching sky q app
I'm looking at the sky mobile app for the device I'm using. Started the race with a new 1gb top up. Only watching sky go app and the mobile app now shows zero gb left and app stops. So definitely using my data for some reason and definitely a sky sim and definitely using the sky go app. #confused.
