I have down loaded something to watch on sky go but when off line it asks me for my pin, so when I,

Why can't I get sky go to work when I am off line, I've downloaded aded to my phone yet it asks for my pin but when I put the right one in it locks me out telling me it wrong

Are you entering the correct pin as the Sky Go one is seperate to the be for your TV box when you are not online so when you are online you can reset it here:
