Does anyone else find that when they download a film the volume drops compared with other channels? When we revert back to other programmes the volume rises again to normal. It has been going on for weeks & we use two different TVs, Samsung & JVC. This is not streaming, we subscribe to Sky Movies & it happens whichever channel the film comes from. If we download any other type of programme the sound is fine, it is just the films.
