I hate Sky Go

Sky go and ID does not work. Same error message. Countless phonecalls, online trouble shooting still not working. Thank god I'm with Disney+

What is happening when you login to Sky go ?

I'm getting the technical issue error message. "Sorry, you cant watch this right now, because of a technical issue. Please try again later".

 

I've phoned sky, however, they keep passing me from department to department and the amount of times i repeated my details and the problem, 3 hours later... I have a new sky ID, i can log onto sky.com I've done all the trouble shooting, but it seems no luck. Yes ive deleted the app, re-installed and hard reset my device.

 

Ig seems reading other discussions I need to unlink my sky id and link my new one. But there is no option to do this once logged on and in the my details section on sky.com.

 

i'm getting a call back Friday... I'm waiting with baited breath...

Can we asume you have been a customer of Sky in the past and have now returned. If so did you use the same or a different email address ?
