@Vs4  Sky Go is a PC & Mobile app and is not available on a TV, so it would help if you told us what TV box you're having an issue with, posting useless when you've given zero details about your issue or setup, is itself useless!

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
