TNT Sport is playing fine on my TV but not on my Sky Go app on Mac and iPhone. I get the message "To watch this ocntent please upgrade your subscription. Head to the TV tab in the MySky app to review your account". When I do that, I see Sky Sports but not TNT. I have TNT through BT and can see it fine on my Sky box connected to TV and in the Discovery + app and streaming

You have answered your own question here because as you are paying Bt then you don't get access to the TNT channels via the Sky Go app but you should get access to the Discivery+ app instead.
