I have seen several posts but still can't work it out

I also have the same problem after having problem with previously installed skygo on my android laptop. I deleted the skygo program and tried to reinstall via the skygo installer on the internet. Before the error message "An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5

I have following:  C:\users\\appdata\roamning\sky\sky\ffmpeg.dll so it looks like the .dll file is the problem.

any assistance would be appreciated

I spent a time checking and deleting everything, it was showing as being used on sky.exe. I think I managed to delete that too.

I did several disc clean ups and restarted laptop.

Thos morning I successfully manged to reinstall Sky go .

Hi 

I had the same problem. 

The issue is the AppsData file is hidden in the C: drive in your computer.

How to view hidden files and folders in Windows 11 / 10 this tells you how to unhide the file for windows. 

Once its unhidden you can go into AppsData and delete any version of SkyGo that's there.

After that you should be able to reisntall sky go from the begining.
