I cant use my tv subscription
When i log into sky go it says i dont have a subscription but I was given one on the phone and was using until I plugged in my box.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Perhaps worth noting that Sky Go typically gives access to the full range of Sky services (including Cinema and Sports) before installation, but reverts to only the bundle being paid for once satellite/streaming hardware is activated.
