When i log into sky go it says i dont have a subscription but I was given one on the phone and was using until I plugged in my box.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePerhaps worth noting that Sky Go typically gives access to the full range of Sky services (including Cinema and Sports) before installation, but reverts to only the bundle being paid for once satellite/streaming hardware is activated.
