My mobile devices are connected to my Sky Q box and I can watch some channels, however, some of the channels give a message saying I havent set up a pin. As I understand it the pin is the one used on the TV but it doesnt give me the option to put that in to the device, just tells me to come to SKY. Any ideas please?
