I can get in to sky go via the app but I can’t get sky sports channels although but is ok.

When I try to open sky sports it says there is a problem with the app please try later. I have deleted and re installed app but this hasn't helped. It is strange as I can get all the channels apart from sky sports ones.

I suppose you have deleted the app then installed it again ?

If that doesn't work then another way to access the live Sky Sports channels is by installing the Sky Sports app and using this.

Yes I have deleted and reinstalled.

I thought that the sky go was the app.....what exactly is the other one, I am away from home so would that work?

seems strange that I can get everything from the sky go home page other than the live sports channels. Has sky decided to remove these from the sky go app. I spoke to Sky who couldn't help save suggesting reinstall. They said it may just come back on ! It's been off for 3 days now.

The other app is for the live sports channels and videos from them. Give it a go as it has to be worth a try.

ive been in  France for a few weeks and had Surfshark vpn on. Just turned it off and all is working!
