I'm trying to watch on my phone but the app won't accept my pin

Can anyone help? I'm trying to watch a programme on my phone but it won't allow me as it says my pin is incorrect, I've reset it and it still won't accept it, additionally although I've switched parental controls off even my sky box is making me put a pin in to watch certain programmes but it will accept the pin at least.  Yesterday my phone was working fine with sky go but today its linked itself to my sky q box and now it keeps asking for the pin 😞

Are you resetting your Sky Go pin here as it is separate from your Sky Q box one:

You can disable to your Sky Q box via the settings section of the app.
