Would this help reset my sky go app to connect to the sky q box, so I can't watch recordings

Do you have multiscreen on your account as you need this on your account so you can view your Sky Q records on the Sky Go app.

Can you explain what is happening, on your Sky Q box is the connected to Sky Go turned on and the same in the Sky Go settings, if the connection to your Q box turned on ?
