How can I access Sky TV via my MacBook over the internet

Hi, please can someone let me know if I can access SKY TV over the internet from my MacBook if I'm not at home?

You can't access your TV when you are not at home but depending on what device you are using you might be able to install and use the Sky Go app to watch live tv and on demand content on it.

How do I access SKY GO , as I was unable to find this in the App Store for MacBooks?
