just how useless are discussions in this community

theres currently a (very long) discussion going on regarding

Intermittent audio drop outs with Apple TV

it has highlighted a very annoying issue with the apple tv app, that seems to point to sky being the problem. there appears to be a large number of people affected, going around in circles an getting nowhere

Sky appear to have 'noticed' the discussion but have done sweet **bleep** adams about it

how many other sky issues are on here that Sky just ignore?

no reason for raising this other than to vent a little 🙂

Sky Community Managers tell us they compile reports on issues which emerge in these forums: such reports then go with the much larger batch of trends and statistics generated by the call centres to be escalated for the attention of the decision makers who get to choose where priorities lay and resources get directed.  That's typically how all such support operations work.
