Apple TV App with Sky Stream

I have Sky Stream with 2 pucks and pay for the "Whole Home" package. 

sky go on my phone works great but does not allow me to sign in on my apple TV. correct me if I'm wrong here but shouldn't my subscription give me access to Sky Go on my Apple TV

You need the Whole Home subscription on Sky Glass/Stream to work on an Apple TV.

Yes, I have that. 

I have stream, 2 pucks and whole home. 

when I attempt to login to my Apple TV it just tells me something went wrong try again later. 

spoke to sky on the phone who weren't much use and the first person insisted that Sky Go doesn't even exist on Apple TV

This is a long shot but does your password you use to get logged into the Sky Go app have anything in it that isn't a letter or a number ?

It does actually is that a known problem if so, I can just change the password

You can change your password here so it is worth trying his:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

After doing this logout of the app then log back in with the new password, let us know how you get on.

So, removing a special character from my password fixed it.
