Having issues downloading sky go from Xbox apps

It's the trigger like on a gun, the one you use your index finger on an squeeze

Hi Annie, when I press the RT nothing happens at all.....maybe our console is broken :(.......

Go to the Guide select the icon at the bottom of the slide out between the Game pass icon and the magnifying glass icon

RT is just a shortcut to move to the bottom icons (jumps to the bell icon the first on the bottom row) in the guide, you can do this with down on the left joystick or down on the d-pad

BTW, RT is under RB, RB does nothing on the guide

Hi Annie, thank youso much for your patience.... I'm going to try & attach a photo of what I'm looking at in the guide menu....cant find the icons you mention tho 😞

That explains it, you have an Xbox 360 and NOT an Xbox One, there is no Sky Go app for that console
