Forced to use Sky Go and not working

My Sky Go isnt working and the IVR system said it would be quicker to resolve via this forum. Can you resolve it please

Perhaps give us a clue what 'isn't working' means.  Error messages etc,?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
