I downloaded some programmes from my recordings on sky q to my I pad so I can watch them while I'm in America. Iv been trying to watch them for a week now but it's saying "sorry, something went wrong. There is a problem connecting with the sky go app. Please try later "
they all say they're downloaded so I don't know what the problem is. Please help
