I used to be able to record TV programmes via the Sky TV Guide app on my Mac (OS 12.6.3) on Safari.
Nowadays when I try to it shows an error message and it doesn't record. (I can successfully set recordings manually in the normal way.)
Any suggestions gratefully received.

I just checked and it still shows an error when I try and record using the application, which looks like the screen shot attached on my MacBook Pro.

No my region is Meridian South East (I think – how do I double check?)
I set it to Meridian South East SD and then Meridian South East HD and still got an error message for both.

Yes, I did change it to that region as mentioned, but it didn't work. How do I double check which region I'm in? I'm seven miles from Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Nope, didnt work on any of them. Maybe I should try the old trick of unistalling the app and reinstalling it again. What do you think?

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Sky TV Guide app but the error message is still there when I try and record somthing via the app (sad face!).

Yes, as I mentioned, I tried all of them and I've just tried them again and I still get an error message.

im getting the same error got a new sky q box and still the same sky sort this out its a joke been ongoing for months
