Sky go app not showing anything for sky q
I started on sky stream, and we upgraded to sky Q as it didn't suit our needs. We got sold that sky GO could connect to the sky Q box, and download and record from sky GO, loads and loads of phone calls and we still don't have the Sky GO for Sky Q at all.
We have Sky GO Extra & have just signed up to Sky multi screen.
We didn't have a tick on the box for sky go, but since upgrading to multi screen it has now become a Tick.
Any help? As I'm getting fed up of contacting sky and being past on to other people.

Is the device connected to your Wifi connection as it needs to be on the same connection that your Sky Q box is on.

Yes, both Sky box, 2 phones, Tablet, and a computer, all on the same wifi, all the same result

Is the app up to date as you appear to be missing some settings on it and the main one being the connection to the Sky Q box.
Also is the connection turned on via your Sky Q box itself ?

Yes, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, on all devices aswell, the sky go app has never had any options to do anything with Sky Q box on the Go app.
As far as I'm aware, it is,
I have
watch via sky go 'tick'
Even going reactive doesn't do anything.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
