Error code 50-7 my subscription covers this channel. Reloaded app still same error. Error showed when trying to watch house of dragon. Other channels worked okay.

Resolved. I deleted the diwnloads in uhd to sky q box

This error is when I choose series 1, series 2 worked fine!
