SkyGo not allowing me to remove device

Hi, I am trying to remove a device from my SkyGo app that is an old phone, to use a new one. It's presenting an error. I'm doing this on the MySky app. Has this happened to anyone else? How can I delete a device without an error? Thanks

To add, when trying to watch SkyGo on my phone the error message is Error Code 50-2.
