Error code 2004

Anybody know how to sort this out please,I've uninstall my sky go I've turn my WiFi off and nothings worked HELP!

Error code 2004

I've tried everything,even uninstall my sky go bit nothings work!! Anyone got any ideas how to solve it please?

Are you using a VPN or have private relay activated on the phone, is so try disabling them.

...you haven't actually said what you are doing and where this error comes from?

 

You mention Sky Go but have posted in the Q forum (instead of the Go forum - https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Go/bd-p/skygo)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
