Sky go

I've got sky essentials package plus sky cinema. I can no longer access to channels on sky go. I could a few days ago.

I think I've sorted it. I've removed all my devices and then relogged into sky go and I get access again! Weird!!! Many thanks for your help!

I'm getting error message 50-2 suggesting that I can't get access to sky go on my subscription?? But I did a few days ago???

Error code is suggesting that I'm not subscribed and might need to upgrade.
