I have downloaded Sky Go and linked it to our TV Sky account, but whenever I try to watch anything on Sky Go I get this error:
"Sky is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Code: 1504"
Using PC on Windows 10.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I have rebooted the PC and the PC is all up to date.
Thanks for any help.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
