Error code 1414

I did posted this query recently but as yet it's not resolved, please can this be escalated as this appears to be a Sky issue?

 

"SkyGo on my laptop give error message 1404 'your sky content cannot currently be viewed in this country' go to EU portability."  Sky Go works on my mobile and was also fine on my laptop until recently!

my sky go is bringing up error code 1414 how do i fix

The full error for 1414 is:

 

You appear to be outside of the territory which this channel or programme is available or you have not used the service in your home territory for more than 30 days.

 

If you are a Sky Ireland customer then your 30 day limit has expired so that app needs to be used again at home. If you are not in Europe and are using a VPN then try disabling it,

If your laptop is connected to home Wi-Fi when you are seeing this message then try turning your router off for 10 minutes before powering it back up. At the same time reboot your laptop.

I cannot see anyone has a solution to this as having the same issue on laptop worked previously says I'm outside  UK when I'm not and same error code 1414

What happens when you try what is in the post above yours if the app is connected to your home wifi ?

Codice errore 1414 oppure 1313 ormai da molto tempo su skygo.

Ho provato di tutto per risolvere il problema. 

E' evidente che dipende da sky e che non si degna di risolvere.

Certo, basta che prende i soldi dell'abbonamento, per il resto il cliente non conta niente.
