have tried everything sky help has suggested and contacted sky help by phone but not resolved

You haven't said what issues you are having ?

Do you have a multiscreen sub as you need this before being able to play your recordings via the app, if you do have this what is happening ?

I have sky multi screen and sky recordings are available on my smarthone
