Error code 1404

I recently ordered a sky stream and am awaiting delivery in the mean time o thought i would log in to sky go i managed to do this but when i click on a channel i get error code 1404 appear on the screen i havw tried re installing it and restaring my computer but to no avail could someone help me please

Are you a new customer to Sky ?
