error message

Hi,

 

I am receiving the message 'To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription' bit I already pay for SkyGo. Has anyone been receicing these messages when trying to watch on their phone. Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated.

Have you made any changes to your account recently ?

Are you new or a returning customer to Sky ?
