Error Codee PFE 4001

I had to reinstall windows recently and ever since when I use Skygo I get the PFE 4001 error code. 

Nothing has changed and I am using Ethernet not Wifi although it is the same either way.

I have tried to run it as an adminstrator and also in compatible mode. 

Nothing works....help please!!!

So it is coming up to a year since I reported the fault and still no fix or reply from Sky...why am I paying for a service package when it has been about a year and still no answer or solution?
