Good morning, I'm having this issue on every device I try - Windows laptop, iPad and Android phone.
It will allow me to watch something if it's in the top carousel on the home page, but even then it only works when I click through to the programme's own little menu screen. If I try to play straight from the home page I get the error code.
And no Sky channels will work when accessed from the TV guide.
Can you help?!

I have tried to log on to Sky Go several times from my over the last two days and get this error message. Is there a easy solution or do I need to try and uninstall Sky Go and reinstall and if I do that will I be waisting my time

one expalain to me why Sky takes so long to sort out this issue. Mamy people are suffering loss of service so why dont you Sky send out a fix or advise everyone how to solve the problem. God help anyone who plumps for Sky Glass

I waited 10 mins for someone ton answer and then they wanted to ask me a load of security questions. Bear in mind I was already logged into Sky I could not get why the need for all the questions for being advised a fix and deemed it as unsafe.

From my laptop I uninstalled Sky Go and then reinstalled it. Wors well it was as simple as that
