Hi, I'm getting this error code 1526 when I try to download some (not all) programmes to my laptop on sky go, any help would be appreciated please.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I'm also having this same issue. Is it due to some movies being on Paramount and therefore not playable via Sky Go?
This seems to be a common occurence, given the number of threads that show up when you search Google for it. From one customer support worker to another, it'd probably save you (and your customers) a lot of time if you created a help article about it 😉

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Turns out Warner Bros don't currently allow downloading to PC 😭
