I'm trying to use sky go on my new phone. I've added the device to my sky account, I'm under 6 devices, I've reloaded the app, restarted the phone, nothing works.
It used to tell me I need to be authorised and online (I was both) and now it says this error message. With the amount sky costs, I hate this kind of nonsense.

@caesarome it says 'there was a problem please try again with the same error message 419 428 75. I'd really appreciate the help. I've had to space the numbers out so sky let's me comment this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
