Skyu Go not playing BT Sport1/2 despite me being subscribed to it

BT sport 1/2 and catch up not playing asking me to check subscription with error code i beleave 1410 and 1510.

Do you pay BT or Sky for access to the BT Sports package ?

As a paying BT customer you need to use their BT app misread as you can only use the Sky Go app if you are paying Sky directly.
