Download that cannot be played or deleted

Please can you help me delete the programme shown at the bottom of this picture as I cannot play nor delete it off the download screen.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@JanWoods 

Try signing out of the app, then uninstalling it and rebooting your iPad then installing the app again and signing into it again. This might mean other dowmloads are also deleted so I wouldn't do this until you are ready to clear them as well if it works.
