PS4 issue

Does anyone know why my PS4 has stopped working with my Sky Go. I was told in the shop when I upgraded that it would still work on my PS4 as they were upduplicating the old account. I never had multiroom previously. It works via a PC still not not the PS4. I am actually trying to use sky go 'on the go' as well, not just use it in a different room in house.

Sounds like you do not have Whole Home on your Sky Stream account?

You will need that if you have a second puck, but it also adds other options as follows, in the Sky Stream faq, under the Sky Go section;

And if you’ve got the Whole Home monthly subscription, you can stream on four devices at the same time with Sky Go and watch Sky TV on your games console...
