I tried to download a programme on sky go but I get the message in the attached photo

I have tried figuring out what I need to do but everywhere I look just tells me what I need to do but doesn't help me to actually do it

advice would be very much appreciated

If the app is not connected to a Sky Q ox then it can be reset here:
