We have Sky Go Extra. (VIP) We've been downloading films onto our devices for eons. All of a sudden, can't download onto ipad. Get message download queued. Tried a few films and all returned same message.
Same titles download effortlessly on Fire HD. Same app, same package, same film etc.
Can't fathom how/why this restriction only seems to apply to iPad.
Have deleted app and reinstalled etc.
