Sky customer service didn't seem to have a clue, when I asked them about this issue, but yes for me, after a few hours I could access all TNT channels on the app (made that bit more complicated by also needing the Discovery+ app). Whether my being a sample size of one is reassuring, I don't know!

I pay fpr TNT sports via Sky. But if I try to access the TNT channels on SkyGo it won't connect and says I have to take out the relevant subscription. Which I have! What's the solution please?

im having the same problem again. I can no longer watch tnt sports on sky go even though i pay for it through sky. Can you help please?

I think the sky messaging team got in contact and sorted it but it quickly didn't work again after a couple of weeks.
no I haven't made any changes to my package.
