Good day.
I have changed nothing within my sky package, and out of the blue this has now appeared for over a week whenever I try to watch anything. I have deleted, reinstalled, restarted but nothing makes this error go away. I have read a few replies where someone from sky has contacted them and fixed the issue, please may I request the same help.
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Thank you.
Worth noting I'm trying to load sky go on android, Mac, pc and all day 0-01 error or 1404 error. I have sky sports pack as well.
Very odd it just stopped working last week. Only thing to note, is about 6 weeks ago I changed to sky full fibre broadband, but it worked fine after the switch.
Cheers
