Device pin

Sky won’t work due to app telling me to setup device pin,I’ve tried the links in forum they don’t work tried in account no way of setting pin I’m a bit peeved after paying £10 for early use while waiting for changeover from by ca anyone help please I’m tearing out wat little hair I have left 😳😳😳

This link @alisairssky should take you to the part of your online account where you can set or reset the Sky Go pin:

Are you logging in with the correct Sky username, so have you been a Sky customer in the past who has left and returned after being away for a year or longer ?

Yes I was a sky customer a few years ago but when I go there it says account closed when paying for new subscription it asked me to create sky id which I did with new email I’m wondering if they’ve got mixed 😟

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

thanks for that got bubble and replied

also was able to download sky go on pc and was able to go into settings and get pin sorted my iPad doesn’t seem to like links in pop ups thanks again

Update - just spoken to alisairssky, they advised they were able to download the Sky Go app and changed the pin this way. 🙂
