Sky Go wont work on Lenovo Tab

When away from home, my 2024 Lenovo Tab M11 will not connect to Sky Glass, even when connected to WI-FI, even though my Apple phone will seamlessly !

What can i do ?

@James+NEw There isn't any app that connects to Sky Glass away from  the home, so I'm not sure what exactly you're trying to do here.

The Sky Go app is available for veiwing TV away from home within the UK.

You can only connect apple  devices  to sky glass tvs  and pucks because  apple  airplay is on them and an Bluetooth  devices

Away from home, i have been unable to get Sky go to operate for the last 12 months since it was new, on my Lenovo, even though ihave been linked on Wi-Fi ( in England ) and even though my phone worked well on Sky go.

I just wondered if there is a problem with the Tablet, or whether Sky have blocked it for whatever reason ? I tend to only want to watch football when away from home, so it is a bit of a nuisance.

Am i doing something wrong ??

@James+NEw  In that case i've moved your post to the SKy Go board where you'll hopefully get help as it's not a Sky Glass issue.

You may need to uninstall sky go on your  phone  and then install it  on  your  laptop, not sure  to be honest

To confirm that Sky Go is not working on the tablet when you are somewhere else in the UK and not at home, if this is correct then what is actually happening ?
