Starting up Sky Go on my PC has always been a bit flaky but usually sorts itself out.
This time it hasn't. I've tried various channels and except for Sky News (501) I get a pop up box that says:
For Information
Something went wrong. Please contact our customer services team for help and quote the error code below to get things going again.
Code: PFE 5003.
As usual, 'customer srvices' is hidden away in some remote corner so I can't find it and none of the 'Help' headings seem to relate to my problem.
So, I'm giving this a chance before I go home and watch channels on my Q box.
Connected via WiFi/broadband.

If it happens again these are a few things to try:
If you are using graphics card overclocking software then make sure this is closed.
If this error is on downloaded content then try restarting the app by exiting and then re-launch the app and if that hasn't sorted it you would need to delete the content with the error and download it again.
Disale Spootify is it is running.
Try running the app as an administrator.

Re: Code: PFE 5003 on Sky GO on my PC
Update. Shut down my PC. Powered up again and, connected to WiFi, started up Sky Go and was surprised to find all the channels had changed and quite a few were missing.
Closed down the app and started it again and everything is back to normal..
That's what I mean by "flaky".
