My sky go isnt working on my samsung android. Keeps showing error 1.12. Can anyone help?

My skygo app is no longer working on my Samsung android phone, it has always worked perfectly until the last couple of days. It shows error 1.12

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

There does seem to be an issue with Samsung phones and this 1.12 error as you are not the first to reprt this so have you tried deleting the app then installing it again ?

@caesarome 

  • Yeah tried that, also to note that when I've got indoors I've connected to my house WiFi and it works. It's not my phone network as all my other apps work.
