I'm in Ireland on Holiday and my Sky Go has stopped working whilst here?
It was great a few months ago, but does not work now for my Sky Go, which is part of my package

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe can alert Sky's message team for you but as it is gone 7pm it will not be until tomorrow morning that they will get in contact with you about this so would you like them alerted for you, if they do they will send you a message via here that you have 48 hours to respond to.

Note that a UK Sky subscription can't be expected to have Go working in RoI: 'portability' ceased with Brexit. An RoI Sky subscriber can expect to have Go work in EU countries, but not in the UK
If you are in NI with a UK subscription, I'd imagine it's possible that geolocation has inadvertently identified you as being south of the border.

But I only lost it two months ago. Could be App needs renewing on my PC in UK?

Go lasts six weeks before home use is required, but as I said, a UK subscription no longer has any expectation of transnational 'portability'.

Ah, that's why it lasted 6 weeks. I'm retired now so spend a lot of time in Eire. No point in taking pc back to UK renew Go then come back to Eire as it won't work. Thanks for the reply
